Likes Spent Christmas at a lovely hotel in the Austrian wine country. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. the hotel's location made it easy to explore the surrounding countryside, including walks in the hills and visits to nearby attractions. there were plenty of seating and relaxation areas to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Dislikes the wifi was spotty and the mattress was too soft. the wellness center, which was a highlight of the trip, closed too early in the evenings.

We enjoyed the hotel's fantastic outdoor pools and the beautiful nature surrounding it with several hiking trails. Breakfast was varied with hot and cold options and staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel's location in the attractive town centre made it easy to explore the area.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience that exceeded my expectations. A variety of activities were offered, including a Christmas market, horse-drawn carriage rides, and a visit from Santa Claus. The location was also perfect, nestled in the heart of the Austrian countryside with stunning views of the rolling hills. Another advantage was the spa facilities, where we were able to unwind and relax after a busy day.

The wifi in our room was unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones during the holidays. the mattress was too soft for my liking, which resulted in a less comfortable sleep.

We had a lovely stay in a gorgeous location with plenty of hiking trails nearby. the town centre was easily accessible and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with huge comfy chairs. Breakfast had a large range of hot and cold items with omelettes cooked to order. We enjoyed the several pools, saunas, and steam room to relax. Massages were reasonably priced. the hotel had a wellness focus for couples, including a romantic private room and couple sauna.
